Below are the skills you will learn as a recruiter that will help to develop you to win a successful career:
• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through internal and external recruiting tools.
• Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by, sourcing, screening, and selecting the candidate according to company internal recruitment methodology.
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
• Work with Account Managers closely to serve key accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess market staffing requirements.
• Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment.
• Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices” and providing accurate, thorough documentation on candidates in systems or other documentation tools.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and build up network in target vertical to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.
