岗位要求

You are highly recommended to start of as an Entry-Level recruiter, so you can learn our services and what makes us great at what we do. We promote based on performance (not tenure.) As soon as you have a solid understanding of our services on both culture & technical part and can learn to mentor other interns or recruiter associates in the office, you can raise your promotion requirements by yourself. The promotion in TEKsystems means obligation of contribution on delivery results with right culture spirit. New position includes a higher base salary, uncapped commission, and leadership development opportunity. Below are the skills you will learn as a recruiter that will help to develop you to win a successful career: • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through internal and external recruiting tools. • Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by, sourcing, screening, and selecting the candidate according to company internal recruitment methodology. • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. • Work with Account Managers closely to serve key accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess market staffing requirements. • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment. • Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices” and providing accurate, thorough documentation on candidates in systems or other documentation tools. • Maintain relationships with candidates and build up network in target vertical to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.
