Who You’ll Work With
CHG develops industry leading all platforms of Catalyst switches, concentrates on next-generation System Engineering developments for switches and routers.

What You’ll Do
Software development on Ciscos enterprise switch product. Job involves some of the following tasks: C programming in an embedded software environment, diagnostic tests on Cat6K product - requires strong OS skills, router/switch data forwarding background (L2, L3) desired. Application design for improved isolation and diagnosis of faults.

Who You Are
Meet or exceed most of the following requirements:
* Must have strong C/C++ programming skills
* Must have embedded real-time OS/system skills, or Linux or Unix development experience
* Hi-end networking switch/router SW development experience
* Strong debugging skills (GDB or register/memory level debugging a plus)
* Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with hardware, software, ASIC engineers, and customer support engineers. Must speak fluent English.
* Must be comfortable with large-scale team-based SW development and frequent inter-group/company communication.
* Working knowledge of Clearcase

Educational Background
Typically requires MSEE/CS combined with 1 to 3 years of related experience, or BSEE/CS combined with 2 to 4 yrs related experience.

工作职责：

1. 设计，验证大规模的网络芯片
2. 参与设计文档的编写，设计的实现并完成相应模块的验证
3. 开发RTL代码，综合以达到电路时序的要求
4. 开发测试平台，开发测试用例，调试测试结果

工作要求：

1. 熟练掌握Verilog, SystemVerilog, 了解UVM测试方法学
2. 了解C,C++, SystemC等语言
3. 了解并会应用Perl,TCL, Python等语言编写脚本，提高工作效率
4. 较好的中英文写作能力和口语表达能力
5. 良好的团队协作能力

工作时间：

每周3到5天，能实习三个月以上。表现好的实习生可以获得转正资格。

教育背景：

EE/CS 硕士二年级

工作地点：

上海漕河泾开发区新思大楼。
