1.自我介绍2.挑简历里面的一个项目介绍一下 说说遇到的难点 怎么解决的    在项目过程中你觉得自己的优点和缺点然后就是简单的八股3.进程间的通信方式有哪些4.C++虚函数和虚构函数的区别？（太久没复习C++了忘光了hhh）   用自己的大白话浅说了一下虚函数，然后问我的大白话里面的一个特性叫做什么（多态）5.排序算法里面采用分治思想的有哪些6.说一下快排和归并排序的差别，时间复杂度7.快排的最坏复杂度是什么情况8.上一道简单的算法题，回答思想即可：如何用栈实现队列、用队列实现栈？（突如其来的算法题让我眼前一懵，还好在面试官的引导下顺利答完了）总结：对自己简历上项目经历要有足够的掌握，可以重点去准备一个的描述。问的都是比较简单的八股，不过有一些俺没有准备过给遗忘了5555面试官人也比较好，不会特别严肃整个过程持续30min左右，还挺快的。最后结束前还厚脸皮地追问面试官可不可以以一个过来人和面试官的视角评价一下俺，给俺一些建议和反馈后面俺要抓紧复习一些C++才行，还要多刷点算法，能准备多少是多少吧
