You'd better contacting human resources department of mihoyo to see if they have a better solution. Otherwise, you could be judged cheating during the exam if they don't know about your situation

If your exam is in Chinese, I think understanding the question is also part of test of this job position. The working language may be Chinese as well. That means if you can not read these questions, you may not suitable for this job.
