DESCRIPTION
Global Selling Tech is looking for Support Engineer that is self motivated, eager to learn new things, willing to work in multi-cultural diversified environment. As a Support Engineer in Global Selling, you will lead support activities for Amazon partnered cross border carriers and you will help in delivering world class quality software to Amazon Global Sellers. We count on Support Engineers to provide technical onboarding support to our partner carriers. You will need to communicate with different Amazon teams across the globe to pave the way for enabling Amazon partnered cross border carriers. Paving the way is not an end, you will be also supporting technical operational activities with those partnered carriers to ensure their service quality is keep raising Amazon’s quality bar. You will also be able to provide QA support for Amazon Global Seller related software. These pieces of software are key to ensure Amazon Global Sellers’ smooth global operations.
Key job responsibilities
1) Modify, maintain and validate business related configurations to satisfy business needs.
2) Perform QA on team developed software. Identify bugs and help to ensure test coverage.
3) Communicate with global team to ensure carrier related configuration are in place and working.
4) Routine management with carrier performance monitoring and tracking.
5) Able to deliver software independently when needed.

Amazon Global Selling: The Marketplace or “Selling on Amazon” business exists in 20 countries and has been an important business driver. Each year, tens of thousands of businesses join the marketplace adding millions of new products. Our vision is to offer customers Earth’s largest selection.
The Global Selling team in China, Korea, and SE Asia is responsible for recruiting local/regional businesses to sell on Amazon’s global marketplaces, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon platform.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of technical support, or 1+ years of software development experience
- Experience working with REST API based services, or experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Bachelor degree in engineering or science majors.
- Pass CET6 or demonstrate equivalent English capability.
- Good communication skills, fluent in both verbal and written English and Chinese communications.
- Know basic Linux / Java development. Familiar with JSON, Rest API, XML, Web (JS, HTML, CSS, etc).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Have overseas experience; Have experience to work with teams from different cultural background (US, Canada, India, etc.,)
- Computer science or engineering major preferred.
- Other demonstration of good English communication skills such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOIEC, etc.,
- Have experience in either e-commerce company or logistics company or close industries.
- Have web QA experience.
- Self motivated quick learner, eager to learn new knowledges.
