4. Technical Writer Intern

Job Description:

Education and Experience Required:

• A major in IT, computer science, or English is preferred
• Proficient in written and oral English
• Has a good understanding of software technology concepts and is willing to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of authoring tools, version control tools, HTML, and software development processes is a plus.
• Available 3-4 days per week for at least 6 months of internship.

   Position: Globalization QA Intern

Job Description:

G11n QA needs to define and execute Functionality Testing to Micro Focus localized software products to ensure the localized version behaves the same with the English ones.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute G11N functional testing for complex component within a product during different phases in enterprise level agile develop lifecycle
• Write some G11N test cases for product if possible

Qualifications:

Education Background:

• Graduate in year of 2023 or after
• Bachelor in computer science, Information System, Software Engineering or equivalent

Technical Skills: 

IT Knowledge or experience in at least one of the following domains:

• Network (TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS, Telnet, WMI)
• OS (Windows, Any Unix OS)
• Virtualization (Any cloud environment like VMWare)
• Database (Any DB basic knowledge)
• Enterprise Applications (SAP, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, Oracle E-Business, Siebel)
• Web Services deployment (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, TIBCO, IIS)
• Automation skill (prefer to java+ selenium, jenkins, Github)
• Any Script language like Python

Soft Skills

• Good communications, fluent communication in both written and oral English.  (MUST)
• Can-do attitude, self-start (MUST)
• Good and quick learner, with ability to understand complex systems thoroughly (MUST)

Responsibilities: 
Apprentice includes students working at the company who are enrolled in apprenticeship programs in association with their university. Typically used in countries where specialized apprenticeship programs exist. College Interns are university students who are working at the company during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters. College Intern is only used in selected countries where it is not the practice to differentiate based on academic year completed.

Enrolled in University.
