职位描述：
1、负责参与菜鸟各个业务相关产品的系统架构及研发；Responsible for system infrastructure and development for Cainiao business related products.
2、协助产品梳理业务需求，产出业务系统架构设计方案；
Assistant to find out business requirement with Product Manager, deliver business system infrastructure design.
3、独立完成项目的系统分析、设计，并主导完成详细设计和编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量；
Dependently owning system analyze, design of whole product, and leading the detail design and implementation, make sure the progress and quality of the project.
4、主动关注并学习新技术，并能够在实践中应用，帮助建设团队技术氛围。
Eager to seek new technology, and use them in project practice, help to build the technical atmosphere of the team.
职位要求：
1、两年及以上Java开发经验，编程基础扎实，熟悉io、多线程、集合等基础框架；2 years of experience in an object-oriented language such as Java, have solid programming fundamentals, familiar with I/O, multi-thread, collection and other basic knowledges.
2、熟悉Web开发，熟练使用spring等主流的开发框架；
Experienced with Web development, experienced with Spring and other popular developing framework.
3、熟悉Linux下的常用命令，熟练使用MySQL、Oracle等常用关系型数据库，熟悉主流的key-value存储系统；
Familiar with Linux commends, experienced with MySQL/Oracle and other major relation database, and familiar with major key-value data base.
4、熟悉常用设计模式，有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计开发经验；
Familiar with Standard Design Pattern, have experience with large distributed/multi-thread/heavy-loaded/high-availability system design.
5、善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题,责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力，要有创业的激情和坚定的信念。
Critical thinking, self-analyze and problem solving, strong ownership, good with team work and ability to handle work stress, have passion as startups and solid faith to achieve the goal.
