1.建立SpringMVC的Maven工程
1.1 使用iIntelliJ IDEA 创建Maven工程
1.2 配置pom.xml

2.1 目录结构预览
2.2 配置web.xml
- 配置
DispatcherServlet
:DispatcherServlet
默认加载 /WEBINF/.xml的 Spring 配置文件, 启动 WEB 层的 Spring 容器。可以通过contextConfigLocation
初始化参数自定义配置文件的位置和名称

2.4 创建请求处理器类:HelloWorld .java
