·Work under the guidance of art directors and associate creative directors
·Collaborate with creative and marketing team members to create effective print and digital marketing collateral such as web assets, email CRM, social media assets, display ads, and direct mail.
·Engage in design layout explorations – ability to conceptualize ideas through design, illustration, typography, photography
·Consult with internal team to gather proper inputs to determine the most effective visual expression, and subsequently present creative work to internal teams regularly
·Package design files appropriately for handoff to our web developers
·Support other teams/disciplines with visual communication for presentations
