1. Reading and analyzing large numbers of English original novels across many genres; 2. Researching novel writing methodologies; and providing authors with content suggestions to achieve greater success; 3. Exploring stories with potential; 4. Deconstructing stories and mining for gems among them; 5. Maintaining good relationships with all contracted authors and frequently communicating with them; 6. 1. Fluent Chinese speaker (Mandarin) and English speaker is preferred; 2. Deep love and enthusiasm for the reading of web novels, light novels or other fictional genres; 3.
