Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day HR operations/transactional services and ensure the service is delivered with high quality and efficiency, including employment cycle (on boarding process, new hire orientation, transfer, exit procedures)
• Deliver benefits to employees, including commercial insurance, medical checkup, gear store etc.
• Act as contact person for employees on a wide range of questions related to HR policies, procedures and benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information database and respond to relevant informational requests
• Organize site events, such as outing, family day and annual party etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
岗位要求
Qualifications
• New college graduate with HR-related internship experience, or 2+ years of HR-related work experience, Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience in HR Operations and HR system is a plus
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proactive attitude with solution-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented with compliance awareness
• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
