Job Description - Assist in the design, development, and testing of new tires and technologies. - Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings to support ongoing projects. - Assist with experimental tires and collect data under the guidance of senior engineers. - Order and analyze experimental tires and prepare reports on findings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various R&D initiatives. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas. - Gather and organize the latest legal requirements in the tire industry. - Assist the team in automating existing processes. -协助新轮胎和新技术的设计、开发和测试。 -进行文献综述并总结发现，以支持正在进行的项目。 -在高级工程师的指导下，协助轮胎实验，收集数据。 -订购和分析试验轮胎，并准备结果报告。 -与跨职能团队合作，支持各种研发计划。 -参与头脑风暴会议并提出创新想法。 -收集和整理轮胎行业最新的法律要求。 -协助团队实现现有流程的自动化。
