Responsibilities:
• Support on interview arrangement and meeting organization, working directly with candidates and hiring managers;
• Job posting on internal and external job board, basic qualification screen for relevant jobs;
• Be in charge of new hire’s background check, working with HR team for new hire data updating;
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency;
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed;
• Source and select the best talent for the team;
• Participating in recruiting marketing projects and other ad-hoc missions.
岗位要求
Requirements:
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel;
• Extremely high attention-to-detail;
• Great organizational skills and time management skill, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Fluent in English, can be used as working language;
• Quick learner with the ability to work in a highly ambitious environment;
• Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations, have ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates;
• Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision;
• Positive, proactive and be able to exercise great judgment.
