Basic Qualification: Strong customer focus and communication skill. Solid knowledge and experience in Linux system administration. Deep understanding of TCP/UDP protocols, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, DNS protocols and related problem determination. Experience on package analysis and related troubleshooting tools. Bachelor’s degree in Information Science/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Excellent spoken and written communication in both English and Mandarin. Open to working shifts (e.g. 7am-4pm or 2pm-11pm or 11pm-7am, Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat). Self-starter who is excited about cloud technologies.

Preferred Qualification: Advanced TPC/UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS related encapsulation and performance tuning. Deep understanding of Linux TCP/IP protocol stack, implementation and tuning. Experienced with web servers including Nginx, Apache etc. Familiar with networking technology including SDN, CDN and load balancing. Exposure to Cloud computing. Experience as technical support with direct customer communication.
