Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven E-commerce Specialist to join our growing team. As an integral part of our e-commerce division, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online storefront, executing digital marketing strategies, and driving sales growth through innovative and effective e-commerce practices. Your expertise in digital platforms, marketing analytics, and customer engagement will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence and achieving our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Optimize website content, including product descriptions, images, and category structures, to enhance user experience and SEO.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and PPC advertising.
Utilize data insights to target and segment audiences, improving campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging and persuasive marketing materials.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Monitor sales trends and customer behavior, using insights to adjust product offerings and promotions.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and social media channels, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Implement loyalty programs and customer retention strategies to build long-term relationships.
Inventory & Order Management:
Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing overstocks.
Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on website traffic, sales performance, and customer metrics.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Share insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
岗位要求
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and convert customers.
Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred: Holders of Singapore PR (Permanent Residence)
