UX Expert

• Take end to end responsibility: You are responsible for driving UX project management as the leading role, including but not limited to consulting, planning, conception, implementation by applying UX methodologies with a proactive and committed attitude. You are responsible for identifying user needs through qualitative and quantitative research methods and communicate them within the customer team. You will conduct user research with your customers, such as user interview, usability testing. You are facilitating design thinking ideation workshop to gain insights from project members and end customers. You are also able to create intuitive prototype and user interface design for digital product. You are responsible for achieving the UX KPI from projects with a result-driven mindset, ensuring the deliverables from UX activities, including but not limited to outcome analysis, visualization, and demonstration to customers. Create something new: identify potentials and needs within the organization to create great end to end solutions and services to reach a better customer experience with data supported. Point of contact: Act as point of contact for Product Owner, Service Owner and Project Leads.

Requirement: • Personality: You are characterized as a visionary and open-minded person. You are a team player, passionate about new technologies and you convince with your flexible and hands-on mentality. • Working practice: Thinking analytically, working strategically and conceptually • Experience: Several years (3-10) of relevant professional experience in the field of UX projects, service design and User-centered-design methods • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle various stakeholders. Identify, guide onsite colleagues for UX related needs. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Joy of working with customer teams. Ability to visualize your outcomes and present it clearly. • Education: Master(preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, or User experience design, or service design, or Information Design, or Digital Media Design, or Graphic Design, or Psychology, or similar. • Qualifications: At least 3 years' experience in design area (e.g. User experience design, UI design, industrial design, graphic design or other related area) with portfolios. At least 1 year experience in project management with portfolios. Video filming and editing is an advantage. • Languages: Excellent English skills in written and speaking. PS：此岗位为外包岗位，需要与第三方公司签订劳务合同。
