Job Summary This Agent will mainly focus on A2A invoice booking and relevant reports conduction. 该员工主要负责博世关联公司发票入账以及相关报表的出具 Job Responsibilities • Check invoice accurancy and book invoice in SAP 核对发票各项内容的准确性并在SAP 系统中入账 • Arrange payment according to payment schedule and prepare payment supporting documents accordingly 根据付款周期安排付款并准备相应的付款资料 • Analysis GR/IR discrepancy and clearing GR/IR regularly 分析收货与发票入账的差异并且定期清理 • Conduct monthly relevant reports and analysis behind reasons 编制月度报表并分析原因

Qualification Requirements (Skills / Education/Behavior) • Bachelor’s degree 本科以上学历 • At least 1 year related industry working experience; Fresh graduate is acceptable至少1年工作经验;优秀的应届生亦可投递 • Familiar with SAP system will be a plus.熟悉SAP系统优先 • Good communication skills良好的沟通技能 • Familar with MS office 熟悉掌握MS office 软件 • Good service-minded awareness良好的服务意识 Good writen english and fluent spoken english is a plus 具备良好的英语写作和流利的口语能力优先 PS：此岗位为外包岗位，需要与第三方公司签订劳务合同。
