1.Responsible for the planning and design of the company's overall digital products, and facilitating the successful digital upgrading and transformation of the business. 2.Responsible for the development, iteration, delivery and operation of digital products, and manage the entire product life cycle. 3.Work closely with the business, and through front-line research, data analysis, business process analysis to identify business pain points and locate the root cause of problems, and develop digital solutions with customer orientation, and articulate the customer value proposition, to drive business growth. 4.Coordinate the resources of all parties to promote the implementation of projects, improve efficiency, and ensure the successful implementation of key projects. 5.Iterative update of products, monitoring, statistics and analysis of product operation data, collecting user opinions, modifying product business logic, improving user experience, and optimizing various operation processes. 6.Lead the planning and landing experience of new product projects. Experience and ability of new business models. 7.Pay attention to the business of competing companies, industry development trends, analyze phased and long-term business goals, and formulate and select appropriate digital product solutions. 8.Keen insight and market sensitivity, and regular learn and exchange the latest digital solution in the market, and keep own digital solution competitive in the market.
岗位要求
1.Bachelor degree or above. 2. 5 Years of digital product planning and design experience in retail, FMCG, automotive and other industries. Automotive industry background is preferred. 3. Familiar with diversified digital product business models, including but not limited to e-commerce, B2B/B2C, O2O, WeChat mini programs, end-to-end...... 4. Experience in traditional dealer digital transformation projects is preferred. 5. Rich experience in project management. 6. Good command of English. 7. Keen insight and market sensitivity,and regular learn and exchange the latest digital solution in the market, and keep own digital solution competitive in the market. 8. Good data analysis skills. 9. Strong product owner spirit, high work commitment, strong implementation ability, be accountable for the results. 10. Strong ability to work under pressure, willing to challenge higher goals.
