- Responsible for Accessory-AP Digital Marketing strategic topics, eg, drive Accessory digital topics implementation on regional level, build & develop AP digital marketing strategy according to the business unit central marketing directions, collaborate with Regional Business as well as Country Business and other Business Unit on behalf of Accessory team in terms of FSS, Business Development topics and projects, etc - Marketing Campaign tracking on AP level based on strong data analytic ability, bring recommendation based on marketing data across country to ensure campaign success, KPI fulfilled & regional marketing activities optimized - Drive Accessory-AP user centric marketing approach on regional level, support Country Sales Office to analyze data to understand user/customer behavior & preference, making channel effectiveness, diagnose customer experience problems, identify marketing opportunities and measure the impact of marketing initiatives, come up with solutions to constantly improve campaign result - Support AP regional marketing decision making by delivering data-driven insight along the entire user journey
岗位要求
- Master degree, proven track record in Sales & Marketing, ideally in global product marketing Deep market, user and product knowledge; - Leadership skills: Passionate and positive leader, role model and coach; - Intercultural experience; - Strong communicator – on all hierarchy levels - High decision-making and result orientation - Strong analytical and methodological skills - Excellent English, written and spoken
