• Drive diversified talent program at country level to enable organization transformation for Bosch China, • Design, develop and implement country talent management framework and program to nurture local talent growth/pipeline, • Lead or participate other key TM initiatives/projects as needed * High tech industry background is preferred

• Master degree or above, majoring in human resource/phycology is a plus, oversea experience preferred • More than 3-5 year working experience in talent management or organizational development • Consulting firm background is preferred • Conceptual thinking, problem solving and consultancy • Good at communication and resource integration, confident to do eye-to-eye level dialogue with executive management • High team spirit with strong collaboration & influencing • Sensitivity to market trends, conceptualized of the rough data to the biz insights
