岗位职责
- Embarked in an 18-month development programme within the Moonton Malaysia Esports Team, with rotations and attachments across selected departments to gain exposure and insight into the business. This involved ongoing and new projects with assigned mentors, rotations and projects could include but not limited to:
- Marketing, Social Media and Community
- Operations and Ecosystem Building
- Project Management & Data Analysis
- Joining the Marketing Manager to strategize the marketing plan for our products including but not limited to Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional Leagues, Semi-Professional Tournaments and Licensed Tournaments
- Assist in the execution of Marketing related day-to-day functions including but not limited to:
- Enhancement of social media performance, curating posts with our external vendor and data analysis;
- Build, manage and engage our community;
- Strategizing and delivering marketing activations.

岗位要求
- Final year students expecting to graduate in the year 2025 are welcome.
- Given priority to candidates with strong interest/hands-on experiences in the gaming and esports industry.
- Posses strong critical and logical thinking skills, supporting the daily operations with proactive and willing to learn mindset.
- English and Mandarin will be considered as the daily working languages, including but not limited to speaking and writing skills to liaise directly with other overseas counterparts.
- Driving ultimate goal with an entrepreneur mindset, collaborating as a team during the journey and result oriented.
