岗位职责
1. Responsible for driving top downloaded MOBA game's content viewership on TikTok in the Philippines;
2. Manage top KOLs management, focusing on improving the participation rate of weekly events for KOLs, thus helping contribute to the development of content ecosystem on Tiktok;
3. Maintain the relationship between MOONTON Games & top KOLs, strengthening the communication with top KOLs and staying updated on the latest trends primarily on Tiktok;
4. Build a strong relationship with TikTok, seek guidance and opportunities for content optimization and campaign execution;
5. Optimize local content in the Philippines, primarily on TikTok, by focusing on local trends and hot content, and integrating games for content output;
6. Develop and implement creator encouragement strategy (contractual & training) & undertake UGC(user generated content) events etc. based on TikTok functions & services to achieve publishing objectives.

岗位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above (with a major in marketing, journalism or advertising preferred)
2. Experience with overseas community-based platforms (such as SNS communities, forum communities, etc.)
3. Internship experience is preferred.
4. Proficiency in social platforms (e.g TikTok, Instagram etc) preferably with a habit of creating own content.
5. Good understanding of Philippine user preferences, keen insight into the Philippine market environment, and the ability to quickly grasp trends on SNS.
6. Strong organization and management skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
7. Fluent spoken English with excellent English copywriting skills is required.
8. Candidates who are proficient in Filipino or Mandarin to effectively communicate with various external parties or stakeholders will be given a competitive edge.
9. Strong sense of responsibility and work initiative, with the ability to handle stress effectively.
10. Preference for candidates who are core players of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
11. Willingness to travel.
