1、Learn and master the basic operational knowledge and processes of the store.
学习并掌握门店的基础运营知识及运作流程
2、Be familiar with the 0-1 store setup process, and reasonably arrange and follow up the relevant work according to the new store opening plan. Ensure that the store can operate normally on the scheduled date.
熟悉0-1建店流程，根据新店开业计划，合理安排和跟进建店相关工作。确保店铺在计划日期可正常运营
3、Participate in the store operation and management of various overseas markets, and assist overseas market stores in implementing operational store standards and personnel empowerment training.
深度参与各海外市场的门店运营管理工作，协助海外市场门店落实运营的门店标准及人员赋能培训
4、Participate in the preparation of localized operational strategies for the market, identify problems, and establish an indicator monitoring mechanism.
参与市场的本地化运营策略方案的制定， 识别存在问题，建立指标监控机制
5、Plan store inventory: collect store requirements, formulate a plan for inventory management, draw up a store layout plan, and set inventory management strategies.
规划店铺货盘：收集店铺需求，制定货盘规划方案，绘制店铺布局图，设定库存管理策略
6、Set and supervise the implementation of store standards: set store display standards and a store standard inspection mechanism.
制定及监督执行门店标准：制定门店陈列标准及门店标准检查机制
