岗位职责
1、Learn and master the basic operational knowledge and processes of the store.
学习并掌握门店的基础运营知识及运作流程
2、Understand the store layout plan, store display standards, and the store's goods receiving process from a merchandise perspective.
了解门店布局规划,门店陈列标准,门店的收货流程从商品的角度
3、Learn the basics of merchandising, such as how to highlight and display best-selling products in the store, how far in advance to display seasonal products during their sales increase period, how to clear unsold products, etc
学习商品的基础知识,如:如何主推及在门店陈列畅销产品,季节性产品的销售上升期,提前多久陈列;如何清理滞销品等
4、Research the market, analyze market information, compare the advantages and disadvantages of competing products, and predict the popular trends of goods.
调研市场,分析市场信息,对比 竞 品 优劣势,预测商品的流行趋势
5、Participate in the formulation of localized product strategies, plan product matrixes, formulate product launch plans, and design marketing and promotional plans.
参与制定本地化商品策略,规划商品矩阵,制定商品上新计划,设计营销推广及促销计划
6、Pricing market and gross profit margin, collect category cost data, set category pricing strategy.
定价市场及毛利率,收集品类成本数据,设定品类定价策略
