岗位职责
- Lead or support impactful research in deep learning, reinforcement learning, LLM model training, and computer vision.
- Create new AI models and algorithms to solve challenges and develop new business opportunities.
- Work with teams to turn research insights into real products.
- Keep up with the latest AI trends by reading academic papers and attending conferences.
- Help mentor and share knowledge, with senior researchers guiding junior team members and promoting collaboration.
- Record research results and methods for sharing with both internal and external teams.
- Perform market research to identify early uses for AI technologies.

岗位要求
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or LLM model training. A strong portfolio of projects and publications is a plus for senior roles.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently carry out high-quality research.
- Strong communication skills to articulate research findings clearly and effectively.
- A passion for staying current with the latest AI advancements.
- Experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or LLM model training. A strong portfolio of projects and publications is a plus for senior roles.
