岗位职责
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to uncover new opportunities for improving AI products and driving user growth.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the performance of new models, features, and UX changes to our products.
- Define and operationalize key product and company-level metrics to measure success and drive business decisions.
- Build and maintain self-service dashboards, reports, and data pipelines that empower teams to access and understand product data easily.
- Promote a data-driven culture across the organization, guiding decision-making through clear, actionable insights derived from data.
- Work closely with engineers to improve data collection, ensuring high-quality data and reliable insights.

岗位要求
- PhD or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and interpreting results to make data-driven product recommendations.
- Proven track record of defining and implementing key metrics to guide product and business decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
