Service Engineer(EMEA)
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for on-site escort and product technical problem handling
2、Collect and screen feedback from clients and partners, build and improve communication channels
3、Responsible with product hardware maintenance
4、Conduct in after-sales training for service partners and customers
5、Execute and manage after-sales system, participate in spare parts materials application, transportation and recording
6、Maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1、With valid work permit
2、Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred
3、Be able to work full-time for 6 month internship and willingness to become full-time employee afterwards
4、Be able to adapt to frequent travel needs in EU, with travel time accounting for 70%-80%.
5、Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese to meet daily and business communication needs, other European language is a plus
