System Engineer

Responsibilities:

1、Assist with the design and configuration of the software required to manage the robot fleet and fulfillment solutions.

2、Implement system solution for clients on Linux server and manage database with SQL commands.

3、Conduct API testing and functional testing sessions with clients to integrate Geekplus system with Client’s system.

4、Drive and participate in various testing iterations: System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the implementation to take over the knowledge from the implementation team.

6、Provide remote/onsite hyper-care support after implementation, such as hardware, software and network troubleshooting and system firmware upgrade.

7、Develop and provide training and SOPs for system operation, fault recovery, and exception handling.

8、Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.

9、Keep track of users' system issues until they are resolved by adhering to the agreed timelines and SLAs.

10、Interact with clients through phone, emails or chats and provide unambiguously written instructions or technical manuals.

11、Ability to facilitate and drive cross-department collaboration and communication, including correspondence with overseas resources as needed.

12、Close the system implementation upon the closing check list

Requirements:

1、Good command of spoken and written English,

2、Online collaboration tools proficiency is required.

3、MS office suite proficiency is required.

4、Ability to facilitate and drive cross-department collaboration and communication.

5、Willing and able to travel domestically in the Americas as required to support client projects (50%)

6、Willing to learn and have attention to details.
