System Technical Support
Responsibilities:
1、Identify and troubleshoot potential system issues across all product lines to ensure rapid restoration of normal production/ operations for customers
2、Track and investigate major incidents, coordinate cross-departmental efforts to conduct root cause analysis, and improve processes and systems based on investigation findings
3、Track and investigate related system issues, and maintain close communication with the Product and R&D teams to drive product enhancement and improvement
4、Summarize and build a knowledge database, generate standardized technical documentation, and provide training for channel partners and customers
5、Assist the R&D department in completing system deployments and version releases
Requirements:
1、Familiar in mainstream database languages such as MySQL, Oracle, as well as Linux system commands and shell scripts
2、Good communication and presentation skills, able to effectively work with both internal stakeholders and external customers
3、Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese
4、Shift work is required for this position
