Eagle Program – Market Growth Strategist (2025 Graduates)
You will be responsible for:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and articulate a regional strategic vision aligned with Trip.com's global strategy, conduct comprehensive assessments of the external and internal environment, and evaluate strategic options to achieve regional goals.
2. Business Strategy Formulation: Create and communicate a clear mission statement for the region, and develop aligned functional and process strategies to support overall objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
3. Execution and Measurement: Manage the strategic initiatives within the region, ensuring alignment with headquarters' priorities, establish and monitor high-level metrics for tracking the success of these initiatives, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
4. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication between regional and headquarters teams, engage with stakeholders from regional teams, headquarters functional teams, and cross-business unit teams to ensure alignment and support for regional strategic initiatives, and prepare and present strategic documents and reports.
5. Business Model Development: Develop and maintain robust business models to support regional growth and sustainability, and ensure governance and compliance with established business model frameworks.
We expect you to have:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA, Master's Degree in Business Analytics or equivalent preferred.
2. Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and implementation within a regional or global context; internships in Strategic Planning Departments at Online Travel Agencies, Hotel Groups and Airlines, Tech Companies, and Consulting Firms preferred.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
6. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering strategic initiatives.
7. Capable of accepting international business trips.
