Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：
- Local development of battery cells for Volkswagen Group China, its brands Audi and Volkswagen and its JVs SVW, FAW-VW, Audi FAW NEV Co. and VW Anhui
Key tasks:
- Requirement management for cell development: LAH creation and change management.
- Consolidate LAH parameters from stakeholders for new LAH creation.
- Support project requirement change on updating Reqif document in DOORs.
- China regulation/laws assessment on battery cell development
- Regular exchange with VW Headquarter requirement management team

- Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
- Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Experience on using DOORs/Codebeamer
- Knowledge of lithium ion battery cell and LAH generation.
- English: Fluent English speaking, great written skills
