Brief Introduction of the position

• Responsible for introducing the standards, tools and methodologies of VW Group to VW Anhui, in particular to all indirect areas in CPO Division. Localize the standards, tools and methodologies for VW Anhui. Integrate the standards, tools and methodologies updated and developed by VW Anhui to VW Group.

Key Tasks

• Introduce the methods, standards and tools of Group Production System for process optimization and indirect area efficiency.
• Constantly optimize and update the methods, standards and tools, and integrate the creative ones to VW Group.
• Conduct benchmark for VW Anhui, within and beyond VW Group
• Introduce the best practices of lean process as input and reference to establish a lean and efficient structure in a new factory of VW Anhui

• Continuously analyze the current process and structure status, define the potentials with cooperation with related departments, in particular in cross-departmental cooperation network, to improve overall efficiency in VW Anhui
• Standardize the current positions and structures of VW Anhui, in particular in CPO, based on analytical benchmark, referring to group standard and localized facts.

Qualification and skills

• Internship at automobile company is preferred.
• Good language skills in Chinese, English, German is a plus
• Basic business-related computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office(outlook, powerpoint, excel, word, visio, etc.)
• Communication and presentation skills, cross-cultural background is a plus
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
