Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• Responsible for battery cell testing for projects (SOP benchmarking and concept projects)  

Key tasks:

• Responsible for test planning, coordination, tracking, reporting, and problem solving etc. to ensure the projects timeline
• Responsible to develop new battery cell testing methods and continuous optimization 
• Support to provide professional cell testing technology to customers
• Support for continuous optimization of cell testing process, etc.

Qualification and skills:

• MS degree in Battery or Chemical or any relevant fields
• 3+ years working experience in the field of Battery cell testing and method development 
• Skilled in validation and testing processes in automotive industry
• Familiar with GB 1 ISO/industry standards related to battery testing
• Excellent problem solving abilities and analytical thinking in complex environment 
• Strong abilities in efficient and effective communication
• Fluent English is must, German is a plus
