Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• BMS Development of HV-Battery for CN Projects – SW Unit Development 

Key tasks:

•  Develop and implement individual software units for the BMS, adhering to design specifications
• Collaborate closely with the software architecture team to ensure design consistency
• Conduct thorough testing of software units to identify and resolve defects
• Optimize code for efficiency, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and address reported issues
• Ensure all software components meet quality and safety standards
• Document and communicate software unit designs, ensuring clear understanding
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree
• Proficient in programming languages like C/C++, Python, Java, MATLAB/Simulink or other languages.
• Experience in software unit development for complex systems.
• Understanding of safety-critical software development.
• Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English
