HV Component Part Owner 高压零部件工程师

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• BMS Development of HV-Battery for CN Projects – High Voltage Electrical Component Part Owner 

Key tasks:

•  Responsible for part and development of HV battery E/E components (e.g. E-Box, harness, bus bars).
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure components meet specifications
• Perform reliability assessments and implement improvement measures
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree
• Experience in managing components in high voltage systems.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards.
• Strong understanding of high voltage battery and vehicle architectures.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to high voltage systems.
• Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English.
