Battery Process Development 电池工艺开发工程师

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• Responsible for the battery process development

Key tasks:

•  Develop main and side processes for technical development within a small team
• Take over the responsibility for the development of some sub-processes
• Help visualize the process landscape and the single processes in various forms of media (intranet, office documents, etc.)
• Align the current process with all stake holders and come up with process optimization ideas to maximize the efficiency of the process
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor degree in Battery or Chemical or any relevant fields
• Highly motivated graduate, with/without first job experience
• Good (theoretical) knowledge in process development necessary
• Programming skills highly appreciated (HTML, Python, Kotlin, tec.)
• Knowledge of automotive and/or battery industry is a plus
• High flexibility and able to work under pressure
• Superior communication skills and English skills
• German is considered as a plus
