Battery Quality

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• The position of the Battery Quality take lead the China battery Cell & Module quality development& quality assurance start from Supplier rating to EOP, also support for the projects take lead by VWAG, Audi AG& PAG. This position will interface closely with the R&D team of C-PN1, C-PN2 and Salz TE team, to VGC-QA, Salz. Quality and the JVs to ensure the project execution. 

Key tasks:

• Accountable and Responsible as driver of the battery quality.
• Responsible to ensure the timely project execution – meeting the given Car Milestones.
• Responsible to track, implement, optimize and monitor the project progress on cross functional and inter department level.
• Responsible to create, optimize, maintain processes with stakeholders in China and Germany
• Analyze data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests.
• Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacture.
• Responsible to manage and align the internal and external stakeholders (e.g. VW Group and suppliers)
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; part
• Responsibility alignments with purchasing, R&D, production, aftersales and all the stakeholders.
• Responsible to summarize Lessons learned from the projects and internally transferring.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor degree in Electrochemistry, Chemistry, automotive, electrical, or respective field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Coordination skills and assertion skills
• Planning (project management) skills
