Cell & Module Quality 电芯 & 模组质量管理工程师

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• Take lead local Cell & Module projects quality development& management according to the requirements in Formel Q, and China Laws/Regulations/Policies. Support Cell & Module projects quality development& management for the global Market. Group wide Coordination with JVs (VWA, FAW-VW and SVW), VWAG, Audi AG, PAG, and other departments in VGC for battery cells & Modules 

Key tasks:

•  Take lead for Q rating before nomination (QTR), and after wards, Maturity level assurance(MLA), Product release(EMPB), Process release(2TP)
• Onsite checking for Prototype sample build, PV build, Mass Production line
• Take lead Failure analysis& problem solving during development phase, 0km and after sales with Quality tools.
• Take lead Supplier& sub-supplier process improvements, Quality system improvements.
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor degree or above 
• Deep technical Knowledge on Cell, cell manufacturing process
• Deep technical Knowledge& skills on quality tools(FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, Calibration& MSA, FA, statistical methods, IATF, VDA 6.3, and other VDA standards)
• English: English-speaking mandatory German: German speaking preferred
