Hardware Single Part Engineer/电子设计工程师

Key tasks:

• Research, find methods and ideas and implement them for improvement of the design of hardware.
• Develop the simulation models and scripts of component and inverter level designs
• Design and validation of component specific simulation models (lifetime, electrical, thermal etc.)
• Assist the team in preparing the documents and weekly tasks
• Alignment and coordination of the internal and external interfaces of the component, systematic optimization of the component based on measurements and simulations.

Qualification and skills:

• Graduation in field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar with strong background in power electronics (minimum master’s degree, PhD is preferred)
• Outstanding skills in hardware design related simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice, Ansys, Altium Designer, etc)
• Very good MS Office skill; Very good communication ability and a good team player; Analytical, solution-oriented, and structured work
• English (fluent), Chinese and German is a plus
• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulations
• Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
