Design Engineer 结构设计工程师

Brief description of the position/Range of responsibility：

• Mechanical design & simulation for e-drives & power electronic for VW Group in China
• Ensuring the development of China tailored components
• Central interface between the engineers in Germany and the other local project interfaces

Key tasks:

• Independently design and create new concepts and specification of components
• Coordinate external and internal development partners during all products lifetime
• Performance evaluation and release of parts & components
• Coordinates/controls the prototype assemblies
• Technical rating of potential suppliers for prototype and series phase

Qualification and skills:

1. Must-have



• Min. bachelor degree in the field of material engineering or comparable qualification
• Fluent in English
• Very good knowledge of technical drawings (geometrical tolerances, stack-up, etc…)
• Knowledge with standard 3D/2D design tools (e.g. Creo/Catia)
• Practical experience in manufacturing processes for mechanical parts
• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation
• Self-organized, very good communication and cooperation skills2. Nice-to-have
• Oversea experience
• Mandarin and German language knowledge
