Job description:

1．Design & build industry leading recommendation system, promote & verify the performance of recommendation algorithms;

2． Develop state-of-the-art machine learning models to solve problems;

3． Understand product objectives and machine learning techniques, improve model and recommendation strategy;

4． Understand user behavior and apply Machine Learning algorithms to optimize product experience and business value.

 

Job requirement:

1. Master's or doctorate degree in computer science, mathematics or related field;  

2. Skilled in python C/C++ or other languages;

3. Master commonly used recommendation algorithms and machine learning algorithms, have the experience of recommending, advertising, or search algorithm;     

4. Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills;

5. Doctorate degree in machine learning, Natural Language Processing or related field is preferred.
