Responsibility：

Requirement：
1. Skilled in C or C++ languages. The major is not limited.
2. Interested in multimedia technology and willing to be professional in this field.
3. Understanding video compression or having experience in video streaming is preferred.
4. Good at finding, analyzing and solving the problems in your research.
5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.
