任职资格Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor or above, Software engineering or similar education background (MUST) 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或其相关专业 • At least 3 years experience of development and test based on C/C++; familiar with agile software development (MUST) 3年以上C/C++软件设计及测试开发经历；熟悉敏捷软件开发流程 • Proficient in software architecture and design mode; rich in system analysis and design experience; familiar with software product development and architecture experience for one formal projects at least (MUST) 精通软件架构及设计模式；有丰富的系统分析与设计经验；至少主导过1个产品项目的架构设计工作 • Familiar with IOT OS, for example MBed OS, FreeRTOS, Zephyr, and application to one product development at least(PLUS) 熟悉IOT嵌入式操作系统，比如常见的MBed， FreeRTOS，Zephyr等，并且至少应用到一个产品软件； • Software development experience with instrument (experience of ARM Cortex M serials, Sensor, Field Bus (for example, CAN/Ethernet field bus) , embedded GUI etc) (3 projects at least) (PLUS) 具备仪器仪表（Arm cortex M系列芯片、传感器、现场总线（比如CAN、工业以太等）、图形用户界面相关开发经验）软件开发经历（主导过至少3个项目） • Familiar in various machine learning algorithms and their principles, can evaluate and implement algorithm performance, and participated in complete data analysis in one projects at least (PLUS) 熟悉机器学习算法及其原理，能根据业务场景，进行算法评估并加以实现，至少应用于1个产品的使用场景中； • Good read and written skills in English (PLUS) 英文读写能力良好

1.Degree & Major: PhD in Mechanical theory, Material Science or Physics 2.Professional Skill: FEM analysis of mechanical structure or thermal flow analysis; mechanical modelling and calculation; ANSYS workbench or fluent（prefer） 3.Language: Good at English (Writing and Oral), German is nice-to have 4.Ability: Work independently, self driven; with team work spirit, technology leadership

1. Education background: Software or related majors, bachelor or above. 2. Professional skills: a. C/C++, good understanding and skill of OOP on embedded system based on embedded Linux OS. b. Good (but not must) to have experiences of using Qt and QML. c. Good (but not must) to have experiences of using Scrum process. d. Good understanding of physics is a plus. 3. Years of professional: having good real programming experiences, having experiences on working in Scrum team. 4. Personal characters: proactive attitude, excellent spirit of team-working, truth-seeking and hard-working style.
