总结：

1.老外领导很和善，面试体验超级nice（上来先自我介绍然后才要求介绍自己），像聊天似的在一问一答中摸索情况，不会因为应聘者坑坑巴巴，语法错误，一直说同样的词而有明面上的不耐烦给你压力，所以请尽情大胆的讲，而且个人体会，越谈的多越放得开；

2.技术面试不会挖的很深，主要是在问项目经历，这个可以自己提前准备，成功的、失败的、印象深的、关于自己某某技能的各种示例；

3.可以明显感觉到他们对大学的课程很有兴趣，会有2-4个问题关于大学课程，找一下自己的成绩单，可以从GPA、擅长的课程和专业相关的课程入手准备。
