1、支持HR跨职能项目,如人才发展、组织发展等;
2、参与人力资源政策和运营流程的设计;
3、进行行业研究,开发最佳海外HR项目管理实践。
1.Support HR cross-function projects, such as talent development, organizational development, etc;
2.Participate in the design of Human Resources policies and operation processes;
3.Conduct industry research to develop the best overseas HR project management practice.
职位要求
1、对互联网行业感兴趣,人力资源、组织心理学或相关专业优先;
2、自我驱动、积极主动、聪明、敬业、勤奋;
3、能够每周至少出勤3-4天;
4、优秀的沟通和人际交往能力;
5、专业流利的中英文。
1.Undergraduate students who are interested in Internet industry talent space. Major in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields would be an advantage;
2.Self-driven, proactive, intelligent, dedicated and hardworking;
3.Able to work for minimum 3-4 days per week;
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
5.Full professional fluency in both English and Chinese.
