流程： js---Shortlisting--par面--offer 

面试过程：先自我介绍，再pre，然后行为面，最后motivation。

自我介绍：除了pre的script，基本上是bullet point和小短句

面试的是伦敦审计，fso比uki慢。

pre具体问到的followup有：

1、是否会存在conflict of interest?

2、你最想问这个field的专家什么？

3、如果你能再做一次pre, what would you’ve done differently?

4、还有一些常规准备过程的问题

Behavior问题：

1、除了teamwork基本没有问到常规面经里的内容

2、How would you make sure you deliver a commitment successfully?

3、How comfortable are you in giving someone else a negative feedback?

4、说出一个你做错了事并且take accountability的例子

5、对challenging situation的处理方式

Motivation问题有：

why EY？why assurance？what differentiate EY?
