职位描述

Human Resources and Management department, as one of the important functional pillars of the ByteDance Inc., has assisted the company realize the gorgeous turn from a start-up to a sizable multinational enterprise within ten years.
With the mission of “Fuel Talent Growth, Inspire Organizational Vitality”, the Human Resources and Management department adheres to building the company in product mindset, improving the human resources related system, and boosting the steady business growth.
1、了解所支持部门的业务状况和团队运作状况,理解业务战略并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效实施;
2、针对业务团队情况,清晰胜任力素质模型,完成业务部门招聘指标,执行人员甄选与面试工作;
3、为团队的发展提供支持,应用专业理论、方法、工具,为业务团队提供全方位解决方案, 包括招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系等人力资源工作;
4、通过与管理层及员工的互动,建立有效和多样化的渠道,保证组织中信息的通畅,推动公司文化的建设和业务的高速发展。
1.Partner with assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
2.Improve and clarify the team competency model based on the current development stage and perform personnel selection and interview.
3.Provide HR guidance when appropriate, incl. staffing, training, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
4.Coach and mentor business leaders and employees to help build a strong community to ensure information transparency which will improve the development of the business.


职位要求

1、2022届获得本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学或者相关专业优先, 学习过人力资源管理相关课程优先;
2、良好的中文口头和书面沟通技巧,通过中国汉语水平考试三级优先;
3、在校学习成绩优异,学习能力强,有清晰的职业规划和职业发展目标,对于从事人力资源相关工作有饱满的热情;
4、了解互联网,热爱社交媒体,熟悉当下互联网最新表达方式,有相关人力资源实习或项目经验为佳;
5、优秀的沟通、逻辑、学习反思、抗压和团队合作能力,责任心强。
1.Graduates with bachelor degree or above in 2022, academic background in HR, psychology, or related major preferred.
2.Proficiency in Chinese is required, HSK3 is a plus.
3.Oriented with a passion for learning and development, and full enthusiasm for human resources-related work.
4.Demonstrated understanding of the internet industry, previous work, or intern experience in HR is highly valued.
5.Strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills, a team player, and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment.
