ASIC设计工程师
Job Responsibility:
- Digital design of wireless communication controller (e.g. WIFI/BT/LORA/GPS.)
- Work with architect engineers to develop design specification of IP features
- RTL Implementation in Verilog HDL, CDC check, synthesis and timing analysis
- Work closely with verification and validation engineers to fix issues
Job Requirements:
- MS major in ME/EE/CS or related
- Experience with front-end IP/SoC design
- Skills in RTL Coding, synthesis, timing analysis and closure

RF/Analog IC Design Engineer
Responsibilities
• Design RF/Analog and mixed-signal circuits using advanced deep-submicron CMOS technologies.
• Perform design verification and validation tasks.
• Work closely with digital and software developers to design transceivers that meet system requirements.
• Research in advanced wireless techniques for highly integrated RFICs.
Minimum Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in designing various RF/Analog integrated circuits using deep sub-micron CMOS technologies. Preferred expertise in at least one of the following areas:
o PLL loop, PFD/CP, frequency dividers and VCO design
o Transmitter building blocks such as mixer, highly linear driver amplifier, and PA design
o Receiver design including LNA and down-conversion mixer
o Analog/mixed-signal circuit design such as TIA, filters, regulators and ADC/DAC
• Ability to interpret RF system requirements and translate into circuit level specifications, good understanding of signal processing.
• Strong knowledge on IC design CAD tools such as Spectre/SpectreRF, EM simulators, Matlab, and/or ADS.
• A thorough understanding of the physical layout requirement and ability to perform the critical layouts.
• Lab testing skills to evaluate the prototype against design specifications.
• Motivated to carry out a wide variety of tasks with clear communication and presentation skills in a dynamic team environment.
