职位描述
Team Introduction: The Monetization Office is a functional mid-platform that provides strategic and operational supports to multiple business lines, including advertising, E-commerce, livestream, Dcar and Xingfuli, etc.
Covering business both in China and non-China markets, the MO operates in around 20 cities around the globe.
The main function and positioning of the MO include: 1) empower sustainable and steady growth of revenue; 2) improve monetization efficiency of manpower and financial assets across business lines; 3) guarantee safe and compliant business conducts.
1. Develop monetization strategy in a certain region by partnering with key stakeholders across predominantly sales/commercial functions;
2. Develop monetization product strategy by partnering with key stakeholders across predominantly product/engineering functions;
3. Research industry trends & news on global advertising market, and provide insights to stakeholders;
4.Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth. Track business progress and provide consistent optimization for the business operation;
5. New product roadmapping, work with the team to identify client pain points, align on key directions and co-develop roadmaps and success metrics;
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective cooperation.

职位要求
1. Undergraduate Degree and above in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or another related major demonstrating analytical capabilities.
2. Relevant working experience of strategic support, consulting, investment banking or related analytical experiences. High growth tech start-up experience and advertising experience preferred;
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
4. Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking;
5. Self-motivation, comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment, adaptability to change, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and other helpful qualities for a high-growth environment;
6. Good spoken and written English is essential, fluency in Mandarin is highly desired but not a must. Other language skills would be a distinct advantage.
