形式: 小组讨论case study,英文讨论
时长: 10min 读材料,35min讨论,15min成果展示(没有自我介绍环节)
组员人数: 7人
考察内容:
角色:AD客服团队成员
任务:提出改进方案
①External:Customer service improvement;
②Internal:Team morale improvement according to different team members' characteristics.
个人回顾:这题比较好下手,同组成员交流比较顺畅,始终在切题,timer一直在推动讨论进程,每个人都有发言机会,需要注意材料提供的几名CS团队成员的个人工作角色、性格特点、工作负担来给出针对性的建议,从而实现提高团队士气及工作成果优化的目标。
有意向申请的同学可以好好准备!加油!

分配到的小组成员英语表达能力都非常优秀,分析思维稳准狠,我也记下了一些自己观察到的对群面有利的发言加分项,大家可以参考:
※在正式讨论开始之前,先做一个破冰,每个人分配好leader‚ timer, recorder‚ presentor和member等的角色,避免后期讨论混乱和低效总结。
①有必要在小组面试中脱颖而出,否则面试官不会记住你。确保你在小组讨论的某个阶段占据领先地位。
②学会认同小组成员的观点,承上启下:
“Yeah, that's a good point of view. You know, I agree with you on that.” or “That's a good point of view. This is my opinion....”
"Well, that's a really valid point you've just made. Does everyone else agree with xxx's view on this subject?”
③委婉地表示不赞成:
“Yes, I totally respect your viewpoint, but I don't necessarily agree. I actually believe there's a better way of doing things. For example,....”
③注意观察很少发言的组员,提醒大家给这位组员发言机会:
"Oh, can I just say something? I've noticed you've not had a chance to interact yet. Would you would you like to say something?”
④不要频繁打断他人发言!
“I think we should let xxx talk and let's listen to what he/she has to say.”
这次群面最大的感受就是大家并没有把彼此当作竞争对手,而是主动代入材料角色设定,切切实实地在讨论可行方案。
